March is here and if the latest launches are any indication, we’re more than ready for spring. While some brands have prepared for the warmer months by dropping fabric and tableware collections for the outdoors, others have turned to free-spirited springtime designs for seasonal inspiration. From kaleidoscopic splatter-print rugs to surreal underwater-themed wallpaper designs, here are some highlights from the recent debut series.

Harwood House, a textile line by the Charleston, SC-based designer Bishop of Cortney, released its latest collection in collaboration with Holland & Sherry. The series, named Kalos, features 16 woven designs inspired by the earthy hues and golden sunsets of Greece, including the graphic Prism pattern and a whimsical horse and bird pattern named Quilted Folklore.

The Rug Company operated Marie Katrantzou for a collaboration of character. The series, titled A Life in Pattern, features two free-spirited designs in vibrant colorways, including the ombré Feather Marble – which takes inspiration from the fashion designer’s Fall/Winter 2019 collection – and the abstract Splatter .

Greco placemats and Grotto dinner and soup plates in saffron by Gergei Erdei Panna Donka

London-based artist (and former Gucci designer) Gergei Erdei launched the Herculaneum collection. Drawing inspiration from the lavish jet-set lifestyles of the 1970s, the hand-illustrated series covers textiles, tableware, and home decor accents with light, sunny designs, like a Greek key-patterned placemat named Greco and dinner plates in a colorful seashell pattern. called Grotto.

Eskayel unveiled a whimsical fabric and wallpaper design named Water Signs. Arteriors taps San Francisco-based designer Jay Jeffers for a third collaboration. Influenced by mid-century design pioneers like Carlo Scarpa, Franco Albini and Jean-Michel Franckthe 28-piece collection features furniture, lighting and decor pieces punctuated by sculptural silhouettes and vintage accents, including an antique brass-lined two-tone mirror named Torino and a pewter pendant with ribbed glass shades bunk baptized Holm.

Brunschwig & Fils has launched a delightful collection of outdoor-friendly fabrics called En Vacances II. The series features six vibrant patterns in multiple colourways, including the iconic Les Touches pattern (available in shades like teal and green) and our current favourite, a playful paisley print named Rougier.

Los Angeles-based designer Cindy Greene (co-founder of cult fashion brand Libertine) has released a new interior collection called Sabel. Inspired by everything from classic cinema to historic architecture, the energetic assortment features 10 wallcoverings in multiple colourways, such as a bold botanical pattern dotted with snakes and cobwebs dubbed Absolem and Eunoia Moss filled with squiggles, and a suite of cushions and brass containers. in decorative shapes.
