In this massive self-guided tour, the public will have the chance to meet and tour local designer studios. The tours of West and East Austin studios will be combined in one month, alternating on weekends. This weekend, it’s the West Side. This is the last weekend to browse the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center Fall Native Plant Sale. Want to spruce up your garden with Texas flora? Saturday is the Austin Parks Foundation’s fall, It’s My Park Day, and volunteers will take care of the maintenance, planting and repair of green spaces throughout the city. To find which park, trail or green belt near you needs your help and to register as a volunteer, click on here. The t-shirts provided to volunteers can then be used to redeem discounts or gifts at Cosmic Coffee, East Side Pies, Epoch Coffee and other places one can find here.
